Obrazek pokazuje jedna z bardziej pamiętnych scen w książce – kiedy Tomasz, badając lochy, nieopatrznie przechodzi przez drzwi dające się otworzyć jedynie od zewnątrz i zostaje uwięziony w komnacie-pułapce, w towarzystwie szkieletu jakiegoś nieszczęśnika który utknął tam dziesięciolecia temu. Karen, która znalazła inne, ukryte wejście do komnaty, uwalnia go.
Autor serii, Zbigniew Nienacki, powtarzał w wywiadach, że chciałby być taki jak Tomasz, lub że Tomasz to jego wymarzone alter-ego. Aby go uhonorować, Tomasz w moim fan arcie ma twarz Zbigniewa Nienackiego.

The picture shows one of the most remarkable moment in the book – when Tomasz, exploring the dungeons, accidentally passed the door that can be opened only from outside, and found himself locked in a trap-chamber, accompanied by the skeleton of some unfortunate who was stuck there decades ago. Then Karen, who’d found another secret entrance to the chamber, rescues Tomasz.
The author of „Mr Wheels” series, polish writer Zbigniew Nienacki, often said that he would like to be like Tomasz, or that Tomasz is his dream alter-ego. In order to honour the author, Tomasz on my picture has Zbigniew Nienacki’s face.
Dungeons are prepared from several photos of Lidzbark Warmiński castle undergrounds.
